Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

Kemei Store delivers to every province of Pakistan by courier.

How long it takes

We confirm and pack orders within 1–2 working days.

Delivery then takes 3–5 working days to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) and 5–7 working days to other towns.

Public holidays, weather and courier delays can add a few days. We will message you if your order is late.

What it costs

Delivery costs Rs 200 per order. Some provinces cost a little more or less; the exact fee shows at checkout before you place the order.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. There is nothing to pay online.

Please keep the exact amount ready. The total is on your order confirmation.

Checking your parcel

Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before you pay. If it is open, torn or crushed, you may refuse it and tell us straight away.

Once you have the parcel, you can follow your order on the Track order page with your order number and phone.
